At Ashapuri Threads, we operate as a wholesale B2B supplier. Due to the nature of bulk orders and industrial usage, returns and refunds are strictly limited.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Damaged goods received

2. Reporting Timeline

All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/videos).

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Bulk orders once accepted
  • Used or partially used goods
  • Customised or made-to-order products
  • Clearance or discounted stock
  • Minor variations in color, finish, or size (industry standard)

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval
  • Approved refunds will be completed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via original payment method or store credit (if applicable)

5. Shipping Policy for Returns

  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

6. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Replacement is only provided in case of approved defective products.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders once confirmed and processed cannot be cancelled
  • For bulk/custom orders, cancellation is strictly not allowed

8. Liability Disclaimer

Ashapuri Threads is not liable for damages caused due to improper handling, storage, or usage after delivery.
