Ashapuri Threads operates as a B2B wholesale supplier. Shipping is arranged based on order quantity, location, and customer preference.

All shipping and freight charges are borne by the customer unless agreed otherwise.

2. Dispatch & Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation
  • Bulk or custom orders may require additional processing time
  • Dispatch timelines may vary depending on stock availability

3. Shipping Methods

We ship through multiple channels depending on order size:

  • Transport / Lorry Freight (Preferred for bulk orders)
  • Courier services (for smaller consignments)
  • Air / Export shipping (FedEx, DHL, etc.) for international orders

The mode of transport is finalized based on:

  • Order volume
  • Delivery location
  • Customer preference

 

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are not included in product price
  • Final freight cost is calculated based on:

    • Mode of transport

    • Damage caused during transportation
    • Loss beyond transporter’s liability

Customers are advised to coordinate directly with the transporter for claims if required.

 

7. International Shipping

  • International orders are shipped via courier or freight partners
  • Customers are responsible for:
    • Customs clearance
    • Import duties and taxes
    • Local regulations

Failure to clear customs may result in shipment disposal without refund.

8. Tracking & Communication

  • Shipment details (LR number / tracking ID) will be shared once dispatched
  • Customers are responsible for coordinating delivery with the transporter

9. Incorrect Address / Delivery Failure

  • Ensure accurate shipping details
  • Re-delivery or re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer
